WHAT TO INCLUDE
Factory price is not landed cost.
A useful costing model carries the garment from material purchase to your warehouse. Start with fabric, trims, labor and decoration, then add packaging, freight, duty, overhead and a realistic allowance for waste or rework.
The calculator turns that landed cost into a wholesale baseline and a DTC retail target. It does not replace a supplier quote or tax advice; it gives you a consistent baseline for comparing scenarios.
