Garment BOM
template.

Create one controlled list of every physical component the factory must source, consume, attach and pack.

FILLED EXAMPLE

A hoodie is more than
fabric and sewing.

This shortened example shows the level of component separation a useful BOM needs.

01

Make the spec quotable.

State composition, dimensions, finish, color standard and reference file wherever they change price or quality.

02

Use consumption units.

Record kg, meters, pieces or placements per garment, then add an explicit waste allowance.

03

Control approval.

Link each row to an approved swatch, lab dip, strike-off, artwork or physical reference.

EDIT THE REAL FILE
