checklist.

A factory cannot quote or reproduce what the brand has not defined. Use this checklist to expose the missing decisions before sampling.

TECH PACK CONTENTS

Specify the product.
Control the version.

This is a readiness checklist, not a substitute for a pattern maker or technical designer.

Product identity

  • Style name and unique style code
  • Season, version number and issue date
  • Front, back and detail flat sketches
  • Reference sample notes and intended fit

Construction

  • Fabric structure, composition, GSM and finish
  • Seam types, stitch density and thread requirements
  • Hood, pocket, cuff, hem and reinforcement details
  • Wash, shrinkage and performance expectations

Bill of materials

  • One row per fabric, trim, label and packaging item
  • Supplier, color, specification and consumption unit
  • Artwork or component reference codes
  • Approved status and replacement rules

Measurements

  • Point-of-measure diagram and method
  • Base-size values and full size range
  • Per-measurement tolerances
  • Pattern or spec revision reference

Artwork and labels

  • Print or embroidery files at production scale
  • Placement measured from stable reference points
  • Main, size, care and country-of-origin labels
  • Attachment, folding and packaging instructions

Approval control

  • Sample stage and approval owner
  • Open issues with due dates
  • Approved material and color references
  • Final bulk-release signature and version
