WHY THE MIX MATTERS
MOQ is a cash allocation problem.
A 240-unit order split equally across three colors and six sizes may look tidy, but it rarely matches demand. Start with the audience's size curve, allocate the total, then confirm minimums for each color and size with the factory.
Use the result as a planning brief. Your purchase order should still reflect approved colors, final unit costs, packing ratios and the supplier's exact production constraints.
